Review : I purchased 2 Side supports and received 2 boxes, one with product and one empty! The actual product is really quite nice. However, I tried to contact customer support via their automated email about receiving an empty box and they wanted me to send the product (that doesn't exist) back.
A human does not read or can not read the complaints. Very poor customer relations. I will not buy from these folks again! If I sound like sour grapes, your right. I just wanted a real person to contact me! Is that too much to ask?
